This Privacy Policy explains how Askal Digital LTD. handles information for Business Tycoon - Idle Empire on iOS. The app is an idle business game. It does not require an account and Askal Digital does not operate a gameplay server for player profiles or cloud saves.

Information handled by the app
- Local game progress, settings, language choices, debug preferences, and widget values are stored on your device using Apple local storage such as UserDefaults and the app group container.
- If you allow notifications, the app schedules local reminders on your device about collectable in-game income. Askal Digital does not receive your notification schedule.
- If you contact support, we process your email address, message, attachments, and any diagnostic details you include so we can respond to your request.
Rewarded ads and App Tracking Transparency
Business Tycoon uses AppLovin MAX to show optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may involve AppLovin and its advertising partners processing device identifiers, advertising identifiers when permitted, IP address, app and ad interaction events, approximate location derived from network information, and diagnostics for ad delivery, fraud prevention, reporting, and advertising.
On iOS, the app may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before using data for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies. You can change this choice later in iOS Settings. If you decline tracking, rewarded ads may still be available, but they should be delivered without the same cross-app tracking permission.

How information is used
- To run the game locally and preserve your progress on the device.
- To display optional rewarded ads and grant in-game rewards after eligible ad flows.
- To schedule optional local reminders if you allow notifications.
- To answer support requests and investigate issues you report.
- To comply with legal obligations and App Store requirements.
Sharing
Askal Digital does not sell player account data because the app does not create player accounts. Information may be shared with service providers only where needed to operate the app, provide support, deliver rewarded ads, comply with law, or protect the app from misuse. Rewarded ads are provided through AppLovin and may involve AppLovin's advertising partners.
This support website is intended to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process basic request and security data as a website hosting and security provider. The website does not include a custom analytics script.
Retention and deletion
- Local game data remains on your device until you reset progress in the app where available, delete the app, or iOS removes the data.
- Support emails are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support history, and satisfy legal or operational requirements.
- AppLovin retention and deletion choices are handled through AppLovin's privacy mechanisms described in its privacy policy.
Your choices
- You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
- You can change App Tracking Transparency permission in iOS Settings.
- You can stop using rewarded ads by not tapping rewarded ad buttons.
- You can request support-email deletion by contacting support@askaldigital.com.
- You can delete local app data by deleting the app from your device.
Children
Business Tycoon is not directed to children. AppLovin states that it does not knowingly collect personal information from, or serve advertisements to, children as defined by applicable laws. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support or advertising flows, contact us at support@askaldigital.com.
International processing
Support emails, website hosting data, and advertising-related data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, service providers are expected to use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, advertising setup, support process, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the latest version was published.
